InYoung Park

A native of South Korea, cellist InYoung Park began her musical journey by playing piano and singing. She eventually met her lifelong friend cello after a year-long protest of not playing violin.

As a ballet lover, InYoung started her tenure as a section cello at the Atlanta Ballet Orchestra in the 2024-2025 season. Prior to this appointment, she was a member of the Omaha Symphony and a guest with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra and the Finger Lakes Opera.

In addition to performing, InYoung served on the faculty at SUNY Geneseo by giving private lessons, leading the cello ensemble, and coaching the cello section in their orchestra.

InYoung received her Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from Mannes School of Music in New York City, where she studied with Timothy Eddy and Paul Tobias.
